SMS COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION CONSENT

Within the scope of the Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, related legislation, and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”);

by creating an account, making a purchase, or sharing my phone number through www.alanyaxxl.com;

I accept and consent to receive commercial electronic communications from Handan Aydemir - AL ANYAXXL, directly or through authorized service providers, for purposes including campaigns, discounts, advertisements, promotions, new products, special offers, order processes, customer satisfaction, and informational notifications.

I agree that commercial electronic communications may be sent to me via phone calls, call centers, automated calling systems, SMS, WhatsApp, mobile notifications, smart messaging systems, and similar electronic communication channels.

Turkish Law shall apply.

In case of translation differences, the Turkish version shall prevail.
