Cancellation – Return – Exchange Conditions

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

All orders placed through www.alanyaxxl.com are subject to these Cancellation – Return – Exchange Conditions.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.

Nothing in these conditions limits mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of the customer’s country of residence.

2. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before they are transferred to the shipping carrier by submitting a cancellation request.

For orders already shipped, the return procedure will apply instead of cancellation.

Cancellation rights may be limited for personalized products, custom-made items, or products specifically prepared upon customer request, where permitted by applicable law.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within the scope of applicable consumer protection legislation.

Returned products must be:

• unused,
• unwashed,
• undamaged,
• suitable for resale,
• complete with original tags and accessories,
• returned in original packaging.

Returns may be refused for products containing perfume odor, smoke odor, strong smells, makeup stains, deformation, or damage caused by improper use beyond ordinary inspection.

4. HYGIENE AND SPECIAL PRODUCTS

For hygiene and health protection reasons, return and exchange rights may be restricted for:

• underwear products,
• bikini bottoms,
• swimwear,
• socks,
• personal care and personal use products.

Products unsuitable for resale due to hygiene reasons may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.

5. SIZE CHARTS AND PLUS SIZE PRODUCTS

AL ANYAXXL specializes in plus size fashion products.

A product-specific size chart is prepared for each item using measurements taken directly from the actual product.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review product descriptions and size charts before placing an order.

International return shipping costs arising from incorrect size selection may vary depending on the destination country and applicable consumer regulations.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders:

• customs procedures,
• import taxes and duties,
• local country regulations,
• logistics processes,
• transfer and payment systems

may vary depending on the destination country.

Alternative payment systems may be used in certain countries.

Any customs duties, import taxes, transfer fees, banking costs, or additional shipping charges imposed by the destination country may belong to the BUYER unless otherwise required by local law.

7. RETURN PROCESS

After creating a return request, the product must be shipped back to us.

Return address and shipping instructions may vary depending on the destination country and will be shared separately when necessary.

Returned products will be inspected after arrival.

Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed through the relevant bank, card provider, or payment service according to the original payment method.

International bank transfers and card refund processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and countries.

To help ensure that the return process is completed efficiently, customers are requested to include a note inside the return package containing:

• full name,
• order number,
• phone number,
• e-mail address,
• delivery date of the order,
• product name or product code,
• reason for return,
• exchange request if applicable,
• any additional comments regarding the product.

Customers are advised to package returned items securely together with all accessories and original packaging.

For corporate invoices issued to companies within Türkiye, a legally valid return invoice (“Return Invoice”) must be included in the return shipment in accordance with Turkish tax regulations.

Corporate returns sent without a return invoice may not be processed until the required documentation is provided.

8. EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Additional shipping costs may arise during international exchange procedures.

9. SHIPPING DAMAGE

Packages should be inspected upon delivery.

Customers are advised to report visibly damaged packages to the shipping carrier before accepting delivery and to request an official damage report where possible.

The SELLER shall not be responsible for damages occurring after delivery due to improper use, storage, or handling by the customer.

10. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data shared during cancellation, return, and exchange procedures are processed in accordance with:

• Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK),
• applicable electronic commerce legislation,
• relevant international and local legal requirements where applicable.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

However, mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence may also apply where required by law.

Disputes shall primarily be resolved amicably.

Unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws, Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices in Türkiye shall have jurisdiction.

In case of translation differences, the Turkish version shall prevail.
