DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the customer (“BUYER”) who purchases products through www.alanyaxxl.com and;

hereinafter referred to as the “SELLER”.

2. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, payment, delivery, return and withdrawal rights of products ordered electronically through www.alanyaxxl.com.

3. PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION

Product details including quantity, size, color, price, payment method, delivery information and shipping fee are specified on the order page and order confirmation e-mail.

By completing the order, the BUYER confirms that all product information has been reviewed.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in Turkish Lira (TRY).

The following payment methods may be available:

• Credit / Debit Card
• Bank Transfer / EFT
• Alternative international payment methods for certain countries

The SELLER may request additional verification for payment security purposes.

5. DELIVERY

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible and delivered to the shipping company.

International delivery times may vary due to:

• customs procedures,
• public holidays,
• weather conditions,
• logistics density,
• country-specific procedures.

The SELLER is not directly responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

6. CUSTOMS AND TAXES

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or additional country entry fees may apply and are the responsibility of the BUYER.

The BUYER is responsible for checking local import regulations.

7. SIZE INFORMATION AND PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS

AL ANYAXXL specializes in plus size fashion.

A specific size chart is prepared for each product and measurements are provided on product pages.

The BUYER is advised to carefully review all measurements before placing an order.

For size-related return requests, the product must remain unused and comply with applicable legal conditions.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the product.

To qualify for withdrawal, the product must be:

• unused,
• undamaged,
• with original tags attached,
• suitable for resale.

9. RETURN AND HYGIENE CONDITIONS

Returns and exchanges may not be accepted in cases including:

• perfume odor
• deodorant traces
• makeup stains
• cigarette odor
• washing traces
• fabric deformation
• signs of use
• removed tags
• products unsuitable for resale due to hygiene reasons

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for underwear products, bikini bottoms or products unsuitable for resale due to hygiene reasons.

10. RETURN PROCESS

For return requests, the BUYER must contact:

After return approval, the product may be shipped using the shipping details provided by the SELLER.

Products should preferably be returned with their original packaging.

11. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within the legal period.

The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by banking procedures.

12. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data belonging to the BUYER is processed in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related legislation.

13. COOKIES AND DIGITAL TRACKING

The website may use:

• cookies,
• Google Analytics,
• Meta Pixel,
• TikTok Pixel,
• advertising and analytics technologies.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

Delivery delays may occur due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, technical infrastructure failures, official restrictions or logistics interruptions.

15. LEGAL JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Turkish Law shall apply in disputes.

Authorized courts and arbitration committees are located within the Republic of Türkiye.

In case of translation differences, the Turkish version shall prevail.

16. EFFECTIVENESS

By placing an order through www.alanyaxxl.com, the BUYER accepts all terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement enters into force electronically.
