Membership Agreement

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the user (“MEMBER”) who registers on www.alanyaxxl.com and;

hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the conditions of use of www.alanyaxxl.com and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

The MEMBER agrees, declares and undertakes that:

• all provided information is accurate,
• they will not use information belonging to another person,
• they will not misuse their membership account,
• they will not perform actions contrary to applicable laws.

Persons under the age of 18 may not create a membership account without the consent of their legal representative.

4. ACCOUNT SECURITY

The MEMBER is responsible for the security of account information and passwords.

The COMPANY shall not be liable for damages resulting from password sharing or third-party use of the account.

The COMPANY may temporarily suspend or terminate membership accounts for security reasons when deemed necessary.

5. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Through www.alanyaxxl.com, users may benefit from services such as:

The COMPANY reserves the right to modify the scope of services.

8. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Orders created by the MEMBER are subject to the Distance Sales Agreement.

The COMPANY may apply additional security checks to orders when necessary.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Personal data belonging to the MEMBER is processed in accordance with:

• Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK),
• Privacy Agreement,
• Personal Data Protection Policy.

10. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

If explicit consent is provided, the MEMBER agrees to receive electronic communications regarding:

• campaigns,
• discounts,
• advertisements,
• announcements.

The MEMBER may change communication preferences at any time.

11. COOKIES AND DIGITAL TRACKING

The website may use:

• cookies,
• Google Analytics,
• Meta Pixel,
• TikTok Pixel,
• advertising and analytics technologies.

12. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The MEMBER may terminate membership at any time.

The COMPANY may suspend or permanently terminate membership in the following cases:

• use of false information,
• misuse of the system,
• unlawful activities,
• actions threatening system security,
• violation of other users’ rights.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The COMPANY shall not be directly liable for damages resulting from:

• technical interruptions,
• internet access problems,
• third-party service failures,
• shipping delays,
• force majeure events.

14. INTERNATIONAL USE

www.alanyaxxl.com is a globally accessible platform.

Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their own country.

15. LEGAL JURISDICTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

Turkish Law shall apply in disputes.

Authorized courts and arbitration committees are located within the Republic of Türkiye.

In case of translation differences, the Turkish version shall prevail.

16. EFFECTIVENESS

By registering on www.alanyaxxl.com, the MEMBER accepts all terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement enters into force electronically.
